Arianna Doonan

Arianna was born in 2005 and passed away on August 29th, 2022 at the age of 17.  She was an American Pitbull Terrier, and had been abused and neglected when we got her.  Even as a puppy she was so aggressive that she had to be muzzled at the vets.  After a year of being treated properly she became the nicest and smartest dog we ever had.  She loved all of the children and protected them.  She learned to swim when she thought one of the boys was drowning in the pool, and she jumped in to save him.  Ever since then she wanted to swim all the time.  In her prime she learned to catch frisbees, and at one point could leap several feet in the air to catch them.  Even at the age of 17 she could still catch them while standing.  She was everyone's dog, and loved all the kids and all of their friends too.  We will miss her.
